Office Policies

Prescription Refills

If you need prescription refills, please call our office during business hours (Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM). Please call before you are completely out of medications. We submit prescriptions to the pharmacy twice a day (12:00 PM and 4:00 PM). It is required that all patients are to be seen by a doctor at least once a year or sooner.

If you are on allergy injections and need extract refills, please note that extract schedules can be faxed to 269-968-2103 or mailed to the Battle Creek office. Extracts are made daily, and in most cases, we will be able to fulfill your order within seven days of receiving it.

Phone Calls

If you have a health-related concern between visits, please feel free to call our office to discuss. If you would like to speak with one of the doctors, they will be glad to return your call. If you call during non-business hours, our answering service will inform you on how to reach the doctor who is on call that day. If you have an emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency or urgent care facility.
